Scottish Ale

The first Scottish ale we brewed, it remains a favorite among regulars. Dark with notes of caramel and nuts, it also has unexpected citrus notes from Cascade hops. A classic craft hybrid ale, it celebrates European brewing traditions but adds an American twist.
