This one-of-a-kind ale is crafted from some of our favorite malts. We describe it as a malty amber ale or lightly hopped ESB. This reddish amber ale has lots of biscuity malt character with notes of toast and caramel. It’s named for a statue in Toledo Spain depicting an angel holding a sword aloft in supplication as a symbol of peace and harmony.
